Ava integrates with your practice software, allowing her to see when patients schedule appointments and will automatically send custom reminders you've created to those patients.

Ava allows patients to schedule new patient consultations from your website.
*Currently Cloud 9 and Dolphin allow writing appointments directly to your practice software. Other systems need to have submissions entered manually.
Virtual Consultations
Rather than schedule an initial consultation, you can allow patients to easily take pictures with their phone for a "virtual consultation." This allows you to easily pre-screen appointments for obvious necessary treatment before starting their orthodontic journey.
